Combining Accessories: Less Is More
The general rule is to choose a maximum of three accessories and ensure they are in dialogue with each other. Crown + gloves + bouquet is the classic combination and it works because the three elements occupy different visual zones (head, hands, arms) without competing. Adding sunglasses or a parasol to this combination begins to feel overcrowded.
For a simpler, more editorial look: no crown, long gloves, and a single large bloom. For maximum drama: statement crown, opera-length gloves, and a substantial bouquet. For romance: delicate tiara, no gloves, and a loose bouquet of garden flowers held casually at the side.
